Refund Policy

Brand Talks AI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on BrandTalksAI subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which also handles refunds. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email us at support@brandtalksai.com and we will arrange it for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take up to 10 business days for the money to appear.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; your page stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Renewal charges outside the 30-day window are considered case by case — contact support@brandtalksai.com and we will do our best to help.
